One other thing... He is not out of business! He purchased bankrupt land that had I believe 100+ natural gas capped wells. The land owner went bankrupt recently and FNRC purchased all his land for pennies on the dollar.

In the 70s or 80s?? A company drilled a lot of Natural Gas wells and they went bankrupt when Natural Gas became worthless per say. Good news is they did all the work - drilling and capping the wells. All Mr. Norris has to do is uncap them and sell his resources to the pipeline and make millions every month.
