"Hey Joe, I've got 5,678 shares I can sell at opening bell.

Ok Duffus, I got you covered, I'll buy 5,678 shares first few seconds of todays opening bell.

First, Is that Legal? and If so, lets report "Joe and Duffus" ?? Experts, Am I on to something???
