You're welcome. I love doing research. I'm not going to lie, I learned about some very important sites to see what goes on inside of a company, very useful, but one cannot and should never base their whole character of one individual based on just filings. Extreme measures call for extreme actions, and I after reading as much as I did, I would have probably done the same thing if the majority shareholders could vote me out of MY company, and I knew they didn't care for my company, just had it out for me. Many companies use these so called toxic funds, some unknowingly, others with ill intentions. I look at the whole company, and that includes all the players involved, especially if there has been a whole change of individuals helping to get the company going. Good luck and let's hope some good PR comes soon!
