The latest Annual Statement of Changes in Ownership makes it pretty clear who is behind the curtain pulling the strings. If you want to know the future of the company you need to only look at his past.

Adding someone with a great reputation and strong history to the Board of directors is only beneficial if the company takes their advice. One of Nelson's past companies loaded up the BOD with industry heavy hitters only to have have a single BOD meeting in 7+ years. These members were compensated large sums of stock for their name use and some used their position as resume fluff...

So no, I'm not that impressed they added to the BOD... Let's see some published meeting minutes before deciding this was a great decision.

How many shares were paid to this guy to join the BOD? Or was he given cash?
