This DEAL is being written and presented to ME for my signature. I am trying to warn the market in a friendly way. I am not joking. STEVE MILLS has some powerful connections, careful....

The 3 of US, last NIGHT agreed to only value ACCR to the upside. THE THREE OF US..."could be international"......agreed on certain recitals.

ACCR has only 98,374,146 common shares in our float, and the DEAL is contingent on ACCR getting CURRENT INFO.

THE DEAL IS NON-DILUTIVE

We agreed in principle to a DEAL.

I would NEVER sign a toxic deal in ACCR. I have so much work to do...

Let me produce a document with some signatures, and maybe in 2 weeks, I will share them with you. Not now...
