Did Total have any interest in Block 4 prior to seeing the $700,000 offered by Kosmos? Was it the potential of the block....or the cheap price?

First, what has this to do with the following statement? Nothing...!

"Thats why all the narratives about Total wanting a piece of Block 4 or Total wanting to buy ERHC are CRAP. No one can know".

1: Everybody here could have known the facts if they actually took the time to do real DD by actually reading the litigation documents, like you claimed yourself: "available to ALL" (Senior legal Partner Henna Ghafoor didn't even know it was available at all, by the way). And 2: it isn't and wasn't CRAP at all. But that bullshit was spread anyway...

In general, I don't think that ERHC shorters had, and have, anything to gain by reading the actual litigation documents and contract. On the contrary, for obvious reasons. Dismissing it was key, in regards to certain narratives. Look at yesterday's debate about ERHC, and then link that to:

To this VERY day this post is consistently ignored by some people following ERHC! It should be taken into consideration, since the post provides answers to questions that have to do with ERHC being shorted etc.

"Was it the potential of the block....or the cheap price?"To avoid going into a 'loop' again, this has been addressed in depth in several posts. One hint out of many: the multiyear fierce litigation over one, single exploration block was expensive, very expensive, and very, very time consuming. Also: the interest in the EEZ has grown substantially recently.

So... that still leaves us with:

"Thats why all the narratives about Total wanting a piece of Block 4 or Total wanting to buy ERHC are CRAP. No one can know".
