TDAmeritrade, the company...the buyout of TDA guarantees a 17% increase in ALL shares owned in your TDA account when the deal is completed...I checked it out already with TDA...just add 17% to what you own at the closing of the TDA/Schwab deal...and this number of shares is what you will own...
