I tend to use the SS on shell companies as my guide.

The larger the O/S the lower I set my limits — ESPECIALLY if the O/S is fully diluted.

The challenge really comes when I cannot figure out the float — like with SCAL.

The lower the float the easier it moves. I think the float is likely relatively small with SCAL.

That bodes well the current climate. I think SCAL could easily hit .10 with a modest amount of volume.
