Last thursday, robert singer (director) bought 75,000 shares at $6.63

I have him over the last three months making open market purchases of $700,000. I would say upper sixes average he paid.

These cosmetics guys are rich AF!

Anyway, the last time he sold was 2015 and 2016. He sold $800,000 worth back around $28-$29 a share.

I am NOT recommending the stock. But DD should be started.
Will someone tell me how diluted and how leveraged up this POS is.
I probably will add, and definitely will pay too much.
There is a nice turnaround story going on - possibly - cosmetic companies suck in general. But theres a good bull case on this board below me ...
