correct..i posted earlier that ECGI is purchasing the Lower Lake 40 acre property (6 acres zoned mj) for $4m from SGMD's CEO Jimmy Chan's privately held LMK Capital in which he paid $1,375,000 in August2020..Awaiting cannabis licenses to be issued.

Also, SGMD PR'd couple days ago that they purchased 70% of ECGI NUGS Avenue mj delivery service..SGMD tweeted that they expect to confirm a mid February NUGS Ave opening date in Lynwood....hence, my inquiries to any NUGS Ave info..Trying to confirm if Jimmy Chan SGMD tweet is fluff or stuff..gltu
