Gooduncle, on February 7th, 2021, I sent a text to Buzzy regarding my $BNOW spin-off shares and below is his response:
Hi Larry, hope all is well with you and your family. November has come and gone and still no spin-off shares; any update? I like what you are doing with spin-off number one, Fernhill, so I picked up a few shares, 20 million to be precise, and am looking forward to a good year! Now, I know you won't be involved in the management of spin-off number two however, I kind of like what Boone Industries is doing with spin-off number two and I sure hope to get my shares as promised! Things look to be moving finally and any update you could provide would be much appreciated.

"I'm trying to get the officers of LOFB to release them. It's up to them. I can't issue LOFB shares. We are on it. My lawyer is on it constantly."
