Filed with the SEC. the key points I liked is the share structure of SWNM the outstanding number of shares of SWNMis404,138,500. David Correa owns 60 percent which is 242.2 million shares. The rest of thevdhares are owned by IHUB members...the best part is “the company intends to apply for an OTC quotation exchange”. That HUGGGEE. !
