I look at what the company does first... Then I check the share structure... Then I check the graph to see if there's potential in the next month or so...

If all that looks good I do a bit of DD and filings checks and ceo checks and then look for a good buy in.

I don't like shifty lookin companies or share structures anymore.

Anything too close to 2b shares is just super ugly.
