I think for the CTO to be removed they have to actually file their missing financial statements for the years they missed up to now (going current) and to pay the delinquent fees (think it was something like $34,000 a while back but I may be mixing that up with another ticker).
After that they will issue the Revocation Order to resume trading.
We ideally want a partial revocation or any other legal mechanism that will allow us to sell.
Alternatively, we resume the hunt for U.S. Brokers who will allow Canadians to open an account and sell Medican.
