If you go and try to open up a little greasy burger joint food truck using their name and you even have the courage to put up some lame golden arches on the top of your truck so that EVERYBODY can see you, do you really think you're going to skate carefree making your little money without receiving any notification from McDonald's corporate legal department? LOL

VERIZON has allowed a public company to trade stock for 5 YEARS using a name they own. If you think this is by mistake, or they don't know about it, well then I got some nice beachfront property in vegas to sell you. LOL
