Is it a 'Big If' though? Mark said as early as last August that

"The focus and strategy going forward in the coming months will be to bring the status of the company current with OTC Markets, and to complete a reverse takeover (RTO) with AMECA Mining"

Seems pretty straightforward to me. I know everyone is upset at the timeline, but be rational, the pandemic is slowing things down. It's not a coin flip. We're getting Mining, we're getting it this year.
