If share price is determined by dividing the value of the property minus associated debt, PPS should be a lot higher than this, but I'm not sure that is a good way in this case to judge prospective share price.

That's only the property I found, there could be more.

Thank you for posting that OS size correction MNK3240. It was posted before and should be that way but I thought it traded like it was more like the higher number but OTCMarkets is the authority on it as far as I know.
