I agree with you.

I bought more Valens in the $1.40's, and today directed another account I buy for a friend's daughter, to dump Nept and buy Valens.

That said, if USA legalization starts rolling in congress, expect NEPT to gain because it has a USA presence. Not because of its fundamentals.
