Exactly what I was thinking when it happened. Why all of the sudden does Leo need a substantial influx of money. I have a few ideas but will keep them to myself. I hope Leo continues to keep us in the dark. 10Q should be interesting!

The subject has been discussed a lot already. You'd think people would realize/recall that the Aspire agreement makes it difficult to force a large amount of shares on them at once. What we don't know is what the funds were needed for so urgently/suddenly?

More drug manufactured?
Pay CRO all up front?

Something appears to have come up that required more cash at once than could have been pulled from Aspire.
