Call me crazy.....I know it is weird, but I am one of those people that think if you tell somebody you are going to do something do it. If something changes and you can't do what you said you were going to do....don't leave folks hanging. At least tell them what changed and why you were delayed. Not just be silent. I know...that's unreasonable and outrageous to expect, but that just how I am.
