That's it, Cytodyn is clearly and unequivocally a fraud!!!!

Forget the lives saved by leronlimab, clinical trials, peer reviewed journal articles, dozens of treating physicians, esteemed scientific advisory board, hundreds of patients treated, thousands of doses of leronlimab administered, and millions of dollars paid to Samsung to secure leronlimab to end the Covid pandemic.

We now know unequivocally that the SEC found:

Form 4s related to one convertible promissory note previously held by Dr. Welch were filed late, one Form 4 for Dr. Patel reporting pro-rated annual compensation when he became a director was filed late and a Form 5 for Dr. Kelly in connection with gifting of stock to his daughter was filed late.

In easy bullet points:

- Late form 4 for Dr. Welch promissory note (who could imagine lending to Cytodyn?)

- Late form 4 for Dr. Patel dealing his compensation.

- Late form 5 for Dr. Kelly gifting (the gall!) stock to his daughter.

Of the nearly one thousand SEC filings and documents posted on Edgar (and helpfully linked on the Cytodyn website under, you guessed correctly, "SEC FILINGS")
