I never suggested it's happening, only presenting thoughts. If there is 450MM authorized and 291MM outstanding, could there stand to be some dilution in the future? Becoming the a huge manufactured of Lithium is bound to induce some curiosity from big hedges looking to get in on the game? Expanding internationally, building new facilities, and trying to play ball with Musk, is bound to have them writing some checks they can't cash. I'm just spitballing ideas here hoping to have my worries shot down before I invest in something.

Every penny in the world is "going to paper" or "going to the moon!" any day, I'm just asking objectively what are the stumbling blocks ahead
