Something's going on with the Omnibus Hearing scheduled for March 3.

This Hearing was requested by DESTQ. Generally that doesn't happen unless the company has something very specific to discuss or present to the Court.

In fact, the last 2 Omnibus Hearings that were scheduled never happened because there were no outstanding issues that needed to be settled.
