No one knows if anything is "all gone." Their tests may be fine. We just don't know the status of the technology and/or the tests at this point. None of the court documents said their tests didn't work or that the technology was bogus. All we know is that the first submission of the Covid test to the FDA was not at acceptable levels so they were placed on the pre-emergency authorization list, and as you recall, their new and improved Covid test is "close to 100%" in specificity and sensitivity according to the brief filed with the court.
