And you're right about the short-selling issue. It's happening big time with a lot of these pre-loaded companies. This rule, in my opinion, will ulimately make it easier for a lot of the greys to be even more heavily front loaded by insiders when they don't allow "outsiders' the same rights to buy in at low levels as apparently some are. I don't know how it'll all work out, but it seems like every time a rule is implemented, it makes traders easier prey in ways. I do understand the intent here as they explain it, (to protect investors) but essentially that doesn't seem to be what's happening (imo).
