So I am interested in the company and already have shares in it but someone mentioned how this company always puts out PR when internet starts boosting it using same DD that's been recycled and can't even afford to stay compliant with SEC.

I know they are working on getting current with SEC but I was genuinely curious.

Some other things I picked up from people saying this company is a scam

Former CEO charged with fraud and lost license and now company ran by his wife and son.

Dilution

Allegedly its a p&d?

Honestly most of these can be said for the rest of the OTC market, it seems the biggest hurdle right now is getting current and putting peoples mind at ease, after that is seeing revenue and targeting customers instead of focusing on us shareholders lol

Thoughts? Here is a trader allegedly being approached by them to pump their stock.
