Triple 000 and Sub-penny Chart Plays

Hey man I see you posted the stockta analysis

Overall Short Intermediate Long
Bullish (0.39) Bullish (0.43) Bullish (0.25) Very Bullish (0.50)

What does the numbers mean like .39,.43,.25 etc...

Does that mean anything more than .0 = bullish and anything less than .0 = bearish?

And then if its .50 or more = very bullish?

New to the site not sure how to interpret the results from that site

every stock I put in it says bullish lol guess its cos we in bullish market anyway.

I thought maybe the numbers like .39 is the price that's going to be soon haha don't think that's quite right
