Here’s Minerco’s response: “Thank you. Please review our PR. The company has financial goals. Equidam had a Technology that computes value results based upon many data factors used by private equity, hedge funds amd venture capital firms. Minerco has nothing to do with those data points and the results related.”

This issue has no significance since the valuation was approved by SEC REG CF.
