Our CEO, Ken Tapp, literally just stated on today’s podcast:

-Company is debt free.
-Company will not be taking on any additional / new debt as long as he is the CEO.
-Reverse Split cancelled December 11, 2020 and the company has no intention to do a R/S in the future.
-Company goal is to eventually get on the Nasdaq.

How can anyone not like this guy..
