Bethkc Sorry for misunderstanding but You stated Outstanding shares
were increased to 20 Billio9n. It was Authorized Shares and most often
far fewer shares are actually issued. Many OTC Stocks have over 100 Billion
AS shares but far fewer outstanding. I've seen 170 Billion Authorized
and the share price is in the pennies.
