Triple 000 and Sub-penny Chart Plays

Okay so I am still trying to learn his thought process so when he posts something like

DPLS $0.034 - Targets $0.0596 / $0.0696

Does that mean these targets are in the near future, like how near does he expect? I assume since hes mainly focusing on technical analysis then his targets are probably short term? Because I noticed his numbers change

Like I went back 200 posts he had different targets

Since his price target went up this pretty much confirms his targets are usually short term and he updates them as time goes by right?

I am trying to find a pick he has that's currently trips but I'm not sure if that exists.
