Probably because when they increased it, they wanted to make sure it was more than enough. Imagine if they only raised the AS to 2 billion, then they'd just have to raise it again once it reached 2. They probably didn't know at the time exactly how many shares would hit the market! NOW, they've switched strategies obviously or they wouldn't be buying back right now, they would instead wait for 7 or 8 billion to get diluted and buy them back in the trips! That's not what's happening! You and other newbies just have some catching up to do on the dd!!! There's virtually NOTHING to bash with BBRW IMO!!!
