On top of that, the present $13m marketcap is a joke. When a merger is announced this should be at least $25M-$50M marketcap and with such a small float who knows where the marketcap will be. I look at this play as a lottery play. The float is as small as I ever seen on the OTC. It makes for a possible crazy share price, thus a true lottery play with huge gains.
