So sad. DESTQ asking for another deadline extension.
DESTQ asking court to extend the deadline to file their POR to May 17, 2021 (see section 35 of docket #1058).
This is the fifth deadline extension DESTQ has asked for. Looks like we will need to wait another 3 months before the POR will be filed.
Guessing that the Omnibus Hearing scheduled March 3, 2021 will be mainly to discuss issues related to the roughly 1,900 unsettled claims. Maybe DESTQ will file their list of claims to be rejected at that hearing?? I don't know, just guessing. Deadline for that filing is May 14, 2021, so may not happen for another 3 months.
Just have to wait and see how this all unfolds. All the delays with this BK case really make me wonder WTF is going on here? This BK case must be much more complicated than I originally thought. Silly me. -LOL
Been holding DESTQ shares since Dec. 2019. Hope the payoff here will be worth the wait. Of course, there is still the possibility that shares will be cancelled, in which case I will lose most, if not all, of my investment here. Waiting, waiting, and still waiting.
