DISCLAIMER
I would like to set the record straight:
I never lied to you on this board and was never compensated by the company and will not be threatened or intimidated by any poster here.
This is what I posted"

My extensive research shows that that the ratio could change on a public offering. A company can at any time amend an S1 if they choose to do so. It is not written on a stone
To date $RELI has proved that they are serious about upgrading to NASDAQ, they filed their S1A in timely fashion, the insurance LOI was not retracted from their S1's filing. To me it looks promising, but every trader/investor needs to do what they deem worthy for them.

I stand by my statement, knowing for a fact that it is the truth. An S-1 can be amended anytime, but one needs to understand that with an amendment comes delays, costs, and additional review by the SEC.
With that being said, I do not plan to engage in back and forth posts with you.
So, for now I wish you all lots of luck.
