If you think there isn't already a merger in the works then you must not be too familiar with this process with these OTC Companies. No one is going to spend all this money to resurrect a company, install new board members, bring it current with OTC and financial disclosures without having a merger ready and waiting. All of this not only costs money but it costs money to keep it up. There has to be a merger already set for this. They just need to make sure that everything is filed and ready. They have been tight lipped about everything until everything is current. All the while shares are being accumulated away from people's hands.

With 3.5m shares in the float, I agree with the others that this will be a huge windfall for all. I think the longs are just lucky to happen across this when they did. This will become part of the 2021 highlight reel.
