I am with you on this one as well.

It would make perfect sense for them both to stay out of court and let it up to a jury if there are billions owed to HCMC.
PM is already indicating that they have potential risk in this lawsuit.
IMO instead of sinking money into lawyers and potential huge payout, it would make perfect sense from a business standpoint to figure out a solution that benefits both companies. I am guessing this is the stage they are currently at and may already have a solution.

Then we find out about an institutional investor??? Tremendous for shareholders
