Yeah the SEC is now on OTC's once again, although there is by far more manipulation on big boards than in OTC land if you ask me.
Things to watch out for though to avoid getting stuck in a suspended OTC:
Numerous press releases (questionable?) over a short period of time No Filings/inactivity/non-audited financials Promoters on Twitter Extreme price movements over a week or so
In my experience, stocks that get suspended usually have 3 of these characteristics if not more.
There is a certain person on Twitter where I have to believe is on the SEC radar and I think you can figure out who they are with TS*NP like what happened with CO*UV
