“IncelDx can now produce that data and the HIV BLA will be submitted by this summary mer. Part one of three is already in.”

There’s a big problem with the statement above: CYDY is currently in violation of the contract that they signed with Incelldx in 2019. NP hasn’t come out and said this publicly, but his actions demonstrate it.

First, NP falsely accused Incelldx of having a bad or unapproved RO test, which he claimed contributed to the HIV RTF. NP’s claim is false as Incelldx sells similar CCR5 RO tests to BPs who are currently using them for CCR5 trials.

Second, Dr. BP has not been on a CC or paid advertisements since May or June of 2020. That is telling as he was crucial in identifying COVID19 as an indication (and advancing cancer) and was on countless CCs/interviews until May/June 2020. Recall that a similar pattern occurred with Dr. Pestell, who suddenly stopped appearing on CCs and interviews after he was removed.

Lastly, NP and CYDY have since hired a new company(s) to develop another RO and to conduct future diagnostics for CYDY trials. The name of the company is in one of the PRs from last year and their CEO (or CSO) was on a CC as well. So, it’s highly unlikely Incelldx will produce the data for the HIV trial unless CYDY comes back to the table. The new lab will have to develop a new RO (~30 days), collect samples from trial participants (?) and analyze the data, so not all is lost, it’ll just take more time and funding, which is likely part of the delay.
