My experience with watching NQ uplist plays, and I've really only watched a few of them closely so it's limited, but they seem to catch wings... Maybe not immediately but within a few weeks/months. Then a lot of them bite the dust and delist. I don't think I've seen one uplist to a major exchange i.e. nyse or NQ, and then just go straight in the tank, unless it's an oil and gas play or something like that.
