Exactly because there isn't going to be any 5 bagger from the re-registration. There will be a credit from unused shares that will be used in new registration but that is all I see in this. If anything UVXY will see the 8's. Just look at the CBOE which is under 20. Until this index gets in upper 20's to 30's don't get real excited.
