Some folks think that if you have elevated concentrations of elements X,Y, or Z, if you squeeze the rocks hard enough you can separate them out and sell them.

If you can't sell the mining project based on its merits......start promoting whatever element was the last one in the news, and claim that your deposit has economic concentrations of it. Doing that will chase off most savvy investors, but it sure attracts "other" kinds of investors.

If gold is up for the week.....promote gold. If electric cars are in the news, promote lithium, cobalt, copper, and manganese. If China starts talking about cutting off REE sources.....start promoting REE. That's what the management of LBSR did years ago...and current management has decided they'll just go with it and leave it in their filings.
