Outstanding is only 81 million with 500 million authorized. Any r/s would just be to get rid of the base, I would think they would see some value in the current share-holder-ship. But sometimes new management does not want to carry the past.. Usually that is a C level decision and not merger specialist decision.. But anything is possible when you go down this rabbit hole Alice.
