The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that The Green Organic Dutchman Holdings Ltd.'s common share purchase warrants will be delisted at the close on March 1, 2021. According to the TSX, the warrants will expire at 4 p.m. Eastern Time on Feb. 28, 2021. As Feb. 28, 2021, is a Sunday, the company has received confirmation that the warrant agent will accept subscription instructions until 4 p.m. Eastern Time on March 1, 2021.

According to the TSX, the warrants are exercisable at $3 per share until March 1, 2020. Trades on Feb. 25, 2021, will settle on Feb. 26, 2021, trades on Feb. 26, 2021, will settle on March 1, 2021, and trades from the open to 12 p.m. Toronto time on March 1, 2021, will settle on the same day.
