Did you check sos for Uatg? No increase in authorized shares as of right now. Maybe you have this confused with another company. Personally, I don’t care about getting hooked or sold on one company; I don’t care to try and chase unicorns..... but, I do value a good share structure with catalysts in pipeline/ excitement.

Liquidity, setup, and price action get my attention now.

At some point all companies are expected to dilute to an extent; as long as it’s not out of control, most are ok with that as long as we see value in pps lol
