I'm no fan of hopefully frivolous (Budcars) class action lawsuits, but i wonder how this existing phone text fluff might play into the picture? Lawsuit mentions seeking up to $1500 per infraction and in plaintiff opinion there are several thousand violations...potentially millions in damages.
