If you are referring to this paragraph...

“The Company’s application filed for Commodity Jurisdiction often referred to as (ITAR) has been approved by the U.S. State Department. As an ITAR-registered company, DarkPulse has met the corporate procedures and control requirements for compliance to fully participate as an approved manufacturer and supplier for military, aerospace, and Homeland Security applications and programs. This significant development is in-line with our business model to provide highly accurate measuring devices into multiple industry sectors throughout the globe,” said Dennis O’Leary, Chairman and CEO of DarkPulse.

Dennis is taking some liberties with his description...which is SOP with him. LOL.

First let’s look at the letter he got.

Kind of speaks for itself. There was NO commonality jurisdiction (see bold above). Wonder why Dennis redacted the letter on Twitter...wonder what the rest of it says?? Looks like they are actually saying...nothing you make falls under any of the controlled categories.

So what it really looks like is Dennis saying - we went to register...they told us we are not covered by ITAR therefore we are compliant with ITAR....lol.

Which would be the same result if he was attempting to register a ham sandwich as his product.

And then....

Second, the “corporate procedures and control requirements for compliance” is nothing more than a “self certification” as an ITAR registration is NOT a certification. ITAR registration is a requirement for compliance NOT a certification or approval of compliance.

And lastly...
“as an approved manufacturer and supplier for military, aerospace, and Homeland Security applications and programs”

ITAR is not an approval of anything. It is a registration. So once again Dennis is fibbing.

He has NEVER been able to sell his product. And he has been trying for 10 years. The only thing Darkpulse has been able to sell is stock.
