The shadow, thats funny.

This stock is stuck in a trading range for now. It won't move much one way or another. Something, like a contract, or announcement of a refining plant will push it to the next level. Seems many thought we would of heard by now. I think it's coming. Might be awhile however.

If only my crystal ball was giving clearer signals!!
