What I see is an ongoing court case that they were not able to simply throw out of court for one reason or another. Well, it's still in the courts hands and there are patent laws that need to be addressed. If they win the case, (correct me if I am wrong), but a win would put VPLM instantly at an approximate valuation of at least $1.30 at current 2B shares issued. So this is a risk vs reward play but many are tired of waiting and want this to end. Ok, Fair enough then...
