The reality of an institutional investor at this stage of the game should be proof positive that something big is coming our way.

The investor is sitting on shares with a holding period and most certainly was shared insider info in order to make their decision to invest in HCMC.

This ticker just shot up in price from the trips in a heartbeat and any investor would run for the hills if they weren’t confident after the info they were given that they weren’t going to make bank after the 6 month hold period for their investment.

They obviously know something good and a PPS increase is coming and it will hold for months at a minimum

All IMO of course, but it sure looks good
